Has it been a month? felt like a year of not blogging. I can't even think of something to blog. My everyday schedule is pretty much just work. Every other day I go to the gym yet I still have flabs. on weekends, I have dinner or lunch with old time friends. I cannot say I am happy nor sad. Just in the middle. I have activities yet I don't feel complete. As if there's a disconnect in the loop or something. Conceptualizing a campaign, promotions, design are everyday blabs. Proposal here, invitation there, sponsorships you almost say NO to all though sometimes it's heat breaking. This is the world I belong now. Place where challenges greet you everyday and risk of Failure is at 95%. STOOOOOOOPPPP! when did I become so pessimistic and jaded? This has to stop and I gotta get my feet on the ground.

  • Who would like to come with me? dresscode: fashionably chic / black and white ----another night of cosmopolitan, louboutins clackers, chanel and hermes bags....

Breaking my silence

Feels like iloveruffaG finally making a statement after walking out of the BUZZ. Life has been a roller coaster lately. Changes in the office added more pressure in my becoming-fast-paced-lifestyle. Uncle Ben was right when he said "Great power comes great responsibility." I am in the point in my life when I need to manage my career and lifestyle. I might be cutting off some bad habits and bring in new positive ones.
Change no. 1
Because my phones were stolen I had to buy a new one but this time I'll have one phone. I bought the MyPhone New Moon edition. It's liberating coz I dont care about brands anymore. function over fashion? A BIG YES!

Change No. 2
This time its physical. I enrolled to a gym to get into yoga, body combat, hip hop and cycling classes. A fun way to get fit and training for the next fun run.
Change No. 3
I am now doing budget plans, shelling out some cash to help my loved ones. My hard earned money goes a long way now. CASH WELL SPENT.

eat and sweat

Day 1
We had lunch in one of my favorite restaurant RECIPES with a lil change in the Menu. Instead of the Fried fish, we had adobo flakes with gising-gising and General's chicken. I was so full I couldn't get up. An hour later we headed to the URBAN SPA and met the VP. They had us experience one of their services and some hot tea. Right after the session we craved for something sweet and ended up in CIBO seats. Brownie and some milk taste heaven.
Day 2
Lunch at Chelsea. My boss had us try the healthy menu they offer. The baby back pizza was tasteful. can barely remember what its called. I dont usually pay attention on the name, I just eat what I think is delicious.
To burn what we munch on, I tried doing barre3. A combination of ballet, yoga and pilates. Growing up playing chinese garter I thought doing barre was easy. I was wrong. It focuses on the muscles you barely use on your daily activities. Stretching these muscles using a ball became a challenge. I was keeping my smile just to hide the pain I was enduring during the routines.

Almost shoot myself

It may look like an ordinary shoot but this one is the most memorable. It almost cost my job for being late for an hour. The cab driver dropped me off somewhere in North Greenhills when I specifically asked him to get me to Northeast Greenhills. It took me an hour to find the right location which was just at the back of VIRA MALL. The E-I-C of the magazine already contacted the AE who contacted not just my manager but the VP!How inconvenient right? My phone died out from all the txt and calls. Hayyy...

Location: Toto Labradors Studio
Models: Unknown
Stylist: I was not able to ask
E-I-C: cannot be named
AE: just aint right
